Description TURNING POINT Masterguard Propeller Hub – 500 Kit, 40-150HP, 4.25″ Gearcase, Parsun/Yamaha These Turning Point’s Masterguard 500 Series Installation Propeller Hub Kits are suitable for 40-150HP Engines with a 4.25″ Gearcase. It enables the end-user to economically carry a spare or different diameter/pitch propeller to suit the days skiing, fishing or cruising activities. 500 SERIES INSTALLATION KITS FEATURES Premium corrosion resistant brass splines. Eliminate hub system vibration & chatter. Reduce gear shock & engine/drive damage. Reduce prop replacement cost by up to 50%. Compatible with and upgrades competitors’ hub & prop systems. It is also designed as a innovative one-piece glass with reinforced high-tech, shock absorbing, polymer cushion that increases flexibility and eliminates failures commonly seen in multi-part hub “sleeve and spline” designs, and pressed-in rubber hub systems. The high-flow through barrel exhaust system maximises exhaust flow increasing horsepower and top end speed. When buying a replacement propeller housing, boaters can save in costing as Turning Point offers an inventory reducing installation kits and prop housings system made to be in full line of propeller applications. The 500 & 700 Series Installation Kits (for 4.25 & 4.75″ gearcases) interchanges with other manufacturers’ propellers. With clear and easy to understand directions to make installation easy and convenient. The splines are made of premium corrosion resistant brass material. The hubs are suitable to upgrade and replace Mercury Flo-Torq II, Michigan Wheel XHS, and Solas Rubex hub kit systems.
